Q: Is it really free forever?
A: Yes, Pet Sitter Dashboard is completely free for solo pet sitters and dog walkers. The only limit is the number of customers and documents you can store. As your business grows you can enjoy unlimited customers and pets by subscribing to our Premium pricing plan.
Q: Do I have to pay for additional team members?
A: We charge a subscription for additional team members who you can add and remove as needed and, if you remove a team member within 30 days, you won’t be charged. To add a team member go to SETTINGS > TEAM MEMBERS and enter their email address. The new team member will be sent a Welcome Email explaining how to get started.
Q: How long is the commitment if I take out a Premium plan?
A: You can sign up for one month at a time and cancel whenever you want using the Monthly option, or subscribe for a year and save money.
Q: Can I join Pet Sitter Club without using Pet Sitter Dashboard?
A: Yes, for full details click here.
Q: Can I change my plan later?
A: Yes, you can upgrade and downgrade at any time. You can also convert from Monthly to Annual and save money.
Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: Yes, by taking out an annual plan you will save big compared with the monthly plan.
Q: Can I pay in my local currency?
A: We accept payments in £ sterling (GBP) and $ US Dollars (USD) only. You can select the currency in Step 1 above.
Q: Can I delete customers to stay under the limit on the free plan?
A: Yes! If you need to add a new customer but have an older one who you no longer need then you can remove them and add the new one.
